Customer Relations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update price lists, ensuring precision in pricing documents
• Create detailed flight handling quotes tailored to clients‘ needs
• Monitor price fluctuations and promptly inform relevant departments of any changes
•  Offer dedicated customer support for pricing inquiries, ensuring clarity and satisfaction
• Provide assistance with various administrative tasks as needed, contributing to operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Good written and spoken Latvian and English skills, additional language is an advantage
• Capacity to focus on repetitive tasks with precision and consistency
• Strong numerical aptitude and ability to perform calculations accurately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to internal systems / software
• Previous experience with similar requirements will be considered as an advantage

Monthly gross salary
€ 1 700 – € 1 900 gross
