Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with aviation service providers globally
  • Review and analyze contracts
  • Compare tariffs of providers
  • Manage rates and prices to optimize cost-effectiveness
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of rates

Requirements

  • Good written and spoken English skills, additional language (French, Spanish, German) is an advantage
  • Capacity to focus on repetitive tasks with precision and consistency
  • Strong numerical aptitude and ability to perform calculations accurately
  • Detail-oriented with communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to internal systems / software
  • Previous experience with similar requirements will be considered as an advantage
