Key Account Assistant

Riga, Latvia

Responsibilities

  • Monitor overdue invoices and proactively follow up with clients on outstanding payments
  • Support weekly debt review meetings with Finance and track collection priorities
  • Maintain accurate client payment terms, credit limits, and account data
  • Prepare regular reports on debt exposure, aging balances, and follow-up progress
  • Verify customer pricing automation in FCG ATOM to ensure correct billing
  • Coordinate internally to resolve invoice discrepancies and prevent billing errors

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service and/or data entry (aviation experience is a strong advantage)
  • High attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and structured data
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow up consistently with clients
  • Good organizational skills and ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to take ownership of follow-up processes

Monthly gross salary
€ 1 700 – € 1 900
