What will you do

  • Building relationships with new customers.
  • Active daily search of potential customers for ground handling, fuel, trip support, and dispatch (OCC outsourcing) services.
  • Continuous communication, including emails, phone calls, meetings, and participation in exhibitions/conferences.
  • Development of trusted relationships with current customers, deep understanding of their needs.
  • Collaboration with the Customer Relations department manager to adjust sales approach and target groups.
  • Coordination of service provision and feedback accumulation.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 3 years’ proven sales / business development experience in ground handling, trip support, aviation fuel, or dispatch services.
  • Ability to frequently travel within the assigned regions.
  • Ambitious, motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Strong understanding of the aviation industry, with knowledge of overall flight arrangements.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Strong understanding of ad hoc flight operations (military, cargo, charter, airline, or business aviation).
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills (CRM, Excel, sales reports).
