Key Cargo Account Executive

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of existing cargo customer accounts, ensuring strong client retention and sustained revenue generation
  • Develop and grow the cargo client portfolio by identifying and implementing upsell opportunities
  • Find and develop new cargo leads as part of portfolio growth strategy.
  • Attend cargo events, exhibitions, and business meetings.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in cargo aviation.
  • Full understanding of the cargo aviation industry and cargo ground handling.
  • Proven sales and customer relationship experience in aviation.
  • Proven ability to identify upsell opportunities and grow client portfolios.
  • Commercial mindset with a natural drive to grow accounts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Ability to frequently travel.

Monthly gross salary
€ 2 500 – € 2 800 gross
