Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Develop content calendars, produce content, and regularly update social media and websites
  • Write, edit, and proofread marketing texts
  • Create and edit visual materials (images, graphics, photos) using Canva or similar tools
  • Coordinate and manage external creators (designers, web support specialists, printing houses, etc.)
  • Lead development of materials with Vendor and Customer Relations teams
  • Keep all marketing materials updated, ensuring relevance and accuracy
  • Manage the department’s invoice flow
  • Support internal and external communication with partners to ensure project alignment
  • Provide administrative, technical, and creative support to the Marketing Manager

Requirements

  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Excellent prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills, teamwork orientation, and flexibility
  • Good sense of visual aesthetics and understanding of basic design principles
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Good command of Latvian (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Previous marketing experience or a relevant educational background is considered an advantage
