Senior Flight Dispatcher

What will you do

  • Prepare and manage operational flight plans, weather briefings, NOTAMs, mass and balance calculations, and performance data
  • Monitor weather, airport, navigation, and NOTAM updates impacting safety
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks during shifts
  • Coordinate with the Head of Flight Operations to ensure smooth execution of the daily flight program in all situations
  • Support the Head of Flight Operations in task allocation and supervision of dispatchers
  • Maintain effective communication with customers regarding operational updates, delays, and irregularities
  • Ensure timely handling of all operational requests
  • Evaluate developing situations and provide flight support with relevant operational data

What you bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including nights
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and problem-solving skills
  • High level of attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a dose of flexibility
  • Good written and spoken English skills, additional language (French, Spanish, German) is an advantage
